Free School Meals

Application forms and information for Free School Meals entitlement are available from Pupil Reception and also on the Lincolnshire County Council website.

The Academy operates an in-house catering scheme. This means that any profits made can be put to full use in the Academy.

Cashless System

There is a cafeteria system and pupils pay for the items they use using the Cashless System. Accounts can be credited with cash via a pupil finger print system or cheques made payable to University Academy Holbeach. Parents wishing to set a daily expenditure limit must contact the Academy in writing.

Accounts need to be topped up by 9am for funds to be credited to accounts in time for Break time

Breakfast Club

The popular Breakfast Club has a wide range of hot and cold snacks available for pupils and staff from 8.00 am.

 

Break & Lunch Time

A wide range of hot and cold snacks are available for break and lunch in the cafeteria. There are also facilities for pupils who bring a packed lunch.

Pupils are not allowed to leave the premises at lunch time unless parents have applied for a Permanent Lunch Pass and state the address to which the pupil will be going.

Year 7-11 pupils are not allowed to go into town during the lunch break.

If anyone would like to know what food allergens are in our recipes and products please ask a member of canteen staff and they will provide the information or email the Head of Catering.
