The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective networking to support the successful delivery of T-Levels and apprenticeships. This role will require some delivery to young people as well as assessing.

 

The school has been successful in securing the delivery, from September 2022, of T-Levels in Business Administration, Digital, Health Science, Construction, Childcare and Engineering (Plumbing, Gas and Electrical). You will ensure these new 2-year technical qualifications support specific classroom-based learning through quality industry placement that will enable learners to successfully complete their training and fulfil their ambitions.

You will lead a well-established and highly successful Apprenticeships department through effective collaboration with local and national employers ensuring learners reach their end points in a timely and successful manner.

The ability to ensuring effective marketing and promotion of the school’s curriculum offer is key to the role.  The successful candidate will have the capability and creativity to ensure marketing of T-Levels is effective and successful.

Interested candidates will have:

• Experience in leading and managing a team of professionals.
• A proven track record of supporting training in the workplace.
• Experience of assessing learners in the workplace.
• The ability to deliver ‘soft-skills’ to learners thereby meeting the needs of employers.
• Industry experience that meets the needs of the curriculum
• Experience and success in working with employers.
