This Apprenticeship is perfect if you work or would like to work in a job where you have to interact with customers. Available at Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3), the training for each is designed to teach you simply how to solve problems, sell goods and services and deal with customer complaints and enquiries.
Level 2 Apprenticeship Overview
The apprenticeship will include:

Is this the right apprenticeship for you?
This apprenticeship is suitable for those who work front of house or when your duties involve dealing with the general public. The Level 2 training is designed to teach you simply how to make the right impression with customers, get a better understanding of what your customers really want and build confidence in your ability.
No specific entry requirements are necessary for the apprenticeship but GCSE grades A to C are desirable. Enthusiasm and previous experience would be taken into account if you do not hold the desired grades.
After the Apprenticeship?
Following on from the Level 2 there is the opportunity for progression onto an Advanced apprenticeship at level 3 and the potential to work in a supervisory/managerial role.
In job positions such as shop assistant, call centre operator and front line customer service advisor you will now have a good knowledge on how your organisation works, what it does and where you fit into the operation.
You will have an understanding of the wider laws and regulations which are set outside of your organisation and how they apply to you and your job.
You will have every reason to give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation, this is exactly what impresses employers and will help you stand out from the crowd.
