This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who has the ability to lead a dedicated team in the delivery and implementation of a rich curriculum.

The post is suitable for an outstanding teacher who has vision and the ability to ensure excellent pupil outcomes.  You will have a track record of delivering high standards of teaching and learning and the ability to inspire and lead a team of teachers.

Interested candidates will have:

• QTS
• the ability to teach Business to KS4 and KS5, including T-Levels
• the ability to plan and deliver high quality lessons
• the ability to motivate and achieve excellent results
• excellent organisational skills
• the ability to form positive working relationships with staff and pupils
• the ability to work collaboratively and lead a team of specialists to support the development of the department
• the ability to plan and develop our new T-level qualification and ensure sustained recruitment
