University Academy Holbeach is seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to support the work of our Educational Welfare Officer during term time.

The candidate will be motivated and have the understanding of the importance of excellent attendance at school.  The successful candidate will support with tracking attendance, monitoring registers, home visits and parental meetings.  An ability to drive and a willingness to undertake minibus training is essential.

Suitable candidates will be educated to Level 2 and will be able to make effective use of ICT.  Previous experience and understanding of working in a secondary school environment would be an advantage, but not essential.

University Academy Holbeach is an oversubscribed school in a rural location and serves the local community and the surrounding villages. 

The school was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted (February 2019).
